With most technology companies this is the website page where you would find lots of nice-sounding words and well-worn phrases such as “we are committed to providing excellent customer service!” Then you would get the chance to dial an 0800 number and talk to someone living a country with a much warmer climate and they would help you through your problem.
Unfortunately, or maybe not, Web21 isn’t one of those companies. We don’t have a flash office, we don’t have a call centre, and we don’t have thousands of staff with expensive university degrees here to save the day. In actual fact, we are a network of smart Kiwis working from home, spread here and there in different parts of New Zealand.
