Open Outlook and then click through to File > Account Settings. On some versions of Outlook you may need to find File > Add Account.

Click on the Other Email button at the bottom of the list

Enter the following details:

  • Password: enter your password
  • User name: type in your email address again
  • Type: Select IMAP
  • Incoming server: enter mail.yourdomain.co.nz (replace yourdomain.co.nz with your domain name)
  • Outgoing server: enter the same text you used in the step above
