If your phone works with the Android operating system you can use the default mail application called Email. In some versions of Android  the application name is Mail. Before you start with the instructions below please make sure that you are connected to the internet either through a Wifi connection or the mobile phone network.

From the Home screen tap All programs and then tap the Email icon to load the email application. Select the Other (POP3/IMAP) option
Enter your email address and password of your e-mail account. Then click on the Next button.

Tap IMAP.

By choosing IMAP your emails will be synchronised across your devices. For example, if you open and read an email on your phone it will appear as read on your computer’s email application. If you send an email on your computer it will be in the Sent items on your phone, and so on…

Enter your email address and password.

Under IMAP server enter the details provided by Web21.

Under Port enter 143.

Under Security Type select SSL and tap Next button.

Under SMTP server enter the details provided by Web21.

Under Port enter 2525

Under Security type enter SSL

Make sure that the Require sign-in box is checked.

Enter your email address and password and tap  Next.

Your phone will now attempt to verify the settings you have entered.  Finish this process by tapping Finish setup button.

If this doesn’t work then now is the time to make contact with your local computer service business. Using an expert to make this happen for you will save you time and money.
