Accessing your email is possible via any device with an internet connection. This approach is useful in situations where your email application is not functioning as expected.
To access your email directly:
- Open a web browser such as Chrome or Safari
- Visit your website and type ‘/webmail’ after the web address. For example: https://web21.nz/webmail
- Enter your email address and password.
If you are not able to access your email in this way it is most likely that the email address or password being used are incorrect. Please take a moment to check these, and then contact Web21 if you would a password reset.
You can change your email password from the original password by clicking the Login Credentials link from the left-hand menu.
You can also find the settings for setting up your email application (e.g. Outlook) by clicking on the Mail Configuration link.
